My name is Tiffany A. Stevens and I have been a Mobile Notary for twenty-five years in the State of Maryland, District of Columbia and recently commissioned in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Loan Signing Agent. I am the President of Kat Kaleb Notary Signing Services, LLC in the State of Maryland. As a Loan Signing Agent, I meet with borrowers/sellers, title company Escrow Officers, Lenders to facilitate and notarize Mortgage loan closings.

I also have an extensive business development, thirty-year background which includes acute care, long term and short-term care in comprehensive rehabilitation settings in addition to being recognized as a top performer in Sales and Marketing. I have served in many positions previously as Director of Admissions, Director of Marketing, Resident Advocate, Consumer Case Worker, Certified Addictions Counselor and has served in several private sector agencies, Federal and District government positions. I hold a certification in the Community of Outreach Services (CAC-ADT).
